The mission
The mission for this project was to create a modern and visually stunning website that would effectively showcase the client's products and services. I aimed to design an intuitive user experience that would engage and convert visitors into customers, all while reflecting the client's unique brand identity.
The outcome
After weeks of collaboration with the client, I were able to create a website that exceeded their expectations. The new website had a fresh and modern look that perfectly reflected the client's brand identity. AfyaRekod is a secure blockchain-driven health platform that allows individuals to store their health and medical information, engage with doctors, interact with verified health information and access tools that will support their well-being and enhance their health so they can enjoy rich, fulfilling lives.
Afya Rekod prompts patients to become more engaged in their health and take positive action to improve it, through daily record keeping of their health status and engagement with doctors, health experts and other health service providers.

WEBSITE DESIGN PHASE
As the designer for AfyaRekod's website redesign, I conducted extensive research and worked closely with stakeholders and developers to create a beautiful and functional design that provided a seamless user experience. I used wireframes and prototypes, incorporating user feedback to create a website that was both accessible and optimized for search engines. The end result exceeded expectations and supported AfyaRekod's mission of creating a sense of belonging around the world.

LOW FIDELITY PHASE
During the low-fidelity phase using Figma, I created wireframes and mockups to outline the website's structure. Collaborating with the AfyaRekod team, I incorporated their feedback and provided regular updates. This phase established a clear blueprint for development, ensuring a shared understanding of the site's layout and functionality. Excited for the progress, we moved closer to the development phase.
